Bio:

Born in 1977 in Warsaw, Poland. Resides and works in Ho-Ho-Kus, the United States of America

Agnieszka Palka creates photorealistic oil paintings and soft pastel drawings. Her preferred subjects are children, animals, and still life. Her sculptural work reflects current events in the socio-political landscape and employs specific contemporary materials, including discarded plastic bottles, newspaper, and Celluclay. Through her drawing, painting, and sculpture practice, Palka aims to illuminate the essence of time.
